COURSE DESCRIPTION

 

This course description is for your information only you don’t need to memorise it or carry a map.

 

Start and Finish lines are at the same place and will be very close to the car park.  The course will be clearly marked and follows mature trails.  The terrain is mainly grass but there are a couple of small stretches of gravel path.  The grassy areas can become very muddy and slippy following a period of rain, we recommend trail shoes (very grippy ones if it has been raining) and dry shoes and socks to change into afterwards. It will be a staggered start, line up in numerical order. If you miss your start slot don’t worry our timing is flexible just slot in where you can.

 

There will be marshals at key turns if there is not a marshal and a choice look for the signs. The courses both run in an anti-clockwise directions and proposed Marshal points are detailed below:
